Permanent - 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Office Based in Lytham St Annes
£26,135 - £29,000 per annum, depending on experience

We are now seeking an experienced and proactive Payroll Administrator to join our busy Payroll & Benefits Team. This is the perfect role for someone who enjoys processing end to end payroll, compliance and analysis.
In addition, as a Beaverbrooks Payroll Administrator, you will also play an exciting role in supporting the rollout of payroll and HR solutions which will both aid with efficiencies and support our people.
Main Responsibilities
End to end payroll processing for over 1000 colleagues ensuring full compliance and accuracy
Ensuring correct and well thought out decisions are being made where necessary
Involvement in reporting and analysis including National Living Wage and Gender Pay Gap
Recording of absence and associated calculations including statutory payments and Bradford Factor (holidays, sickness, maternity, paternity)
Timesheet calculations
Attachment of earnings
Assisting in reviewing payroll emails and carrying out actions as necessary
