This is an excellent opportunity for experienced private client lawyers and would be suitable for partners looking to make a lateral move or alternatively senior associate/legal director level candidates seeking a genuine pathway to partnership within a progressive and supportive firm. The Role:- The successful candidate will take a senior role within an established private client team, managing a quality caseload while helping to lead and develop the department. Key responsibilities include: - Managing a varied private client caseload (wills, probate, trusts, estate planning) - Supervising and mentoring junior team members within the team, - Supporting departmental management and strategy - Building and maintaining strong client relationships - Contributing to business development and marketing activities of the department and firm. The Candidate: The firm will consider strong Senior Associate level candidates or Partners looking to explore options at a similar senior level.
