Cleaning Supervisor – Car Park Operations We are looking for a reliable and motivated Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations at our car park facilities. This is a hands-on role where you’ll supervise staff, maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety, assist customers, and support minor maintenance activities. Key Responsibilities: Supervise cleaning staff and maintain regular communication with the Operations Manager Ensure the car park and facilities are clean, safe, and well maintained Carry out minor maintenance and repairs as needed Respond to customer queries and assist those in need Monitor and maintain COSHH registers and cleaning stock Conduct regular patrols and report any suspicious or criminal activity Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures and ISO 9002 standards Support marketing and promotional initiatives aimed at improving the service What we are looking for: Previous cleaning experience Customer service experience Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills Confidence in using cleaning equipment and understanding of safety procedures Ability to lead by example and work as part of a team What’s in it for you?
