Key Responsibilities
* Perform a range of spa treatments such as massages, body treatments, facials, and wellness therapies according to spa standards
* Conduct client consultations to assess needs, preferences, and any health considerations
* Customise treatments to ensure a safe, relaxing, and effective experience
* Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic treatment room in compliance with health and safety regulations
* Recommend appropriate products, services, and aftercare advice to clients
* Build strong guest relationships to encourage repeat visits and client loyalty
* Handle scheduling, treatment documentation, and client records as required
* Collaborate with other spa team members to create a positive guest experience
Qualifications & Requirements
* Certification or diploma in Massage Therapyor Beauty Therapy,
* Previous experience as a Spa Therapist preferred
* Strong knowledge of massage techniques, body treatments, and spa protocols
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to maintain professionalism, discretion, and client confidentiality
* Physical ability to perform treatments for extended periods
