Key responsibilities
You’ll be responsible for delivering engaging and well-structured lessons across the Key Stage 1 curriculum, while receiving tailored mentorship from an experienced class teacher. The school has an excellent ECT induction programme and values professional development – with frequent CPD opportunities, in-class support, and pathways to future leadership roles.
What we’re looking for
• A qualified teacher with QTS (or on track to gain QTS by September 2025)
• A confident and reflective practitioner with a genuine passion for primary education
• Strong classroom management and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents
• A commitment to inclusive learning and a growth mindset
