Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Critical Care Nurse to support a female client in Salisbury. Your care will enable them to live safely, confidently, and with dignity in their own home.
Location
Salisbury, Wiltshire.
Shifts
* Day shifts: Monday – Sunday, 08:00 – 20:00
* Night shifts: Monday – Sunday, 20:00 – 08:00

Clinical Requirements
* Personal Care
* Tracheostomy Care
* Oxygen Use
* Moving and Handling
* Suctioning
* Medication Administration
Full specialist training and competency sign‑off are provided by our Clinical Team, so you do not need to have every skill listed to apply.
Responsibilities
* Deliver compassionate 1:1 care in the client’s home
* Support community access and social activities
* Promote independence and dignity in all tasks
* Provide emotional reassurance and wellbeing support
* Communicate effectively with clinical, care, and coordination teams
Qualifications
* Experience supporting people with complex needs
* Confidence with clinical tasks
* Strong communication skills and reliability
* Empathy, emotional intelligence, and person‑centred values
* Open to applicants from all backgrounds, including those with lived experience

Compliance Requirements

Referral Bonus
* £150 for each Healthcare Assistant referred
* £250 for each Registered Nurse referred
Paid once referral completes 150 hours.
