You will manage the principal's well-being aboard a magnificent superyacht, charting a seasonal course through the most exclusive Mediterranean destinations, including Monaco, Ibiza, the Greek Islands, Mallorca, Marbella, and the Algarve.
The Team You will be an integral part of an elite, multidisciplinary private medical unit. The clinical strategy and onboard operations are overseen by a highly distinguished Lead British Doctor, and you will collaborate closely with dedicated Physiotherapists as well as a hand-picked roster of exceptional, Western-trained nursing professionals.
The Safety To uphold the absolute highest standards of patient safety and to prevent clinical fatigue, our maritime medical operations run strictly on a double-nurse shift system. This protocol ensures that you are always partnered with another expert clinician, guaranteeing unwavering peer support and seamless emergency readiness at any hour.
Requirements
The Requirements Due to the demanding and exclusive nature of this deployment, we require candidates to meet the following uncompromising criteria:
* Academic: A verified Western Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
* Clinical Expertise: A minimum of 4+ years of recent Acute Care experience (Strictly limited to ICU, ER, or A&E departments).
* Communication: Native or C1 equivalent English proficiency is mandatory to ensure flawless medical handover and seamless integration with the estate.
