Talent Acquisition - Program Manager

An international organisation with a broad, multi-region hiring landscape is looking to appoint a Talent Acquisition Program Manager to support and evolve its global recruitment initiatives.
This position plays a pivotal role in shaping how talent is attracted, engaged, and sourced across multiple markets. You’ll oversee recruitment channels, supplier partnerships, and talent insights, working collaboratively with global TA, HR, and employer branding teams.
Key responsibilities
* Own and deliver global talent acquisition programmes covering sourcing channels, talent communities, and recruitment partnerships
* Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and executive search firms, driving performance, quality, and market insight
* Plan and govern programme delivery by defining objectives, milestones, and success measures aligned to people strategy
* Collaborate with regional TA teams, HR, employer branding, HR technology teams, and external partners to ensure effective execution
* Lead cross-regional meetings, governance sessions, and programme updates for senior stakeholders
* Create scalable frameworks, playbooks, and standards to improve consistency, compliance, and efficiency across markets
* Support innovation across talent intelligence, employer brand activation, and candidate experience initiatives
* Balance centrally designed programmes with flexible, locally executed delivery across international regions
Experience and background
* 5+ years’ experience in talent acquisition programme management, recruitment operations, or channel management
* Proven track record delivering complex initiatives across multiple countries or regions
* Strong understanding of recruitment operations, metrics, and end-to-end hiring processes
* Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and managing external suppliers
* Highly organised with strong project management, change management, and problem-solving capabilities
