Main duties of the job
What you'll do:
* Support daily living: Help with daily activities includingpersonal care, ensuring the comfort, wellbeing and safety of ourresidents.
* Provide person-centred care: Tailor your care planning to meet theunique needs of each resident.
* Promote independence: Encourage residents to make personalcare choices and support their self-care and independence.
