ECT Primary Teacher – Bury St Edmunds – Start Date ASAP
Prospero Teaching are seeking a dedicated ECT Primary Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Bury St Edmunds, starting ASAP. 📌 CONTRACT DETAILS
1. Location – Bury St Edmunds
2. Position – ECT Primary Teacher
3. Type of work – Class teaching
4. Start date – ASAP
5. Duration – Ongoing / Long‑term
6. Full time/part‑time – Full time
7. Minimum rate of pay – From £125 per day
8. Hours – 8:30 am – 4:00 pm
📚 EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
9. PGCE, QTS, or equivalent teaching qualification
10. Recent experience in a UK primary school (placements accepted for ECTs)
11. Up‑to‑date Safeguarding training issued within the last year (desirable)
✔️ TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
12. Hold Right to Work in the UK
13. Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one
14. Provide two professional child‑related references
