Hays is working with a major digital consultancy who require multiple business analysts to assist them on a project with a financial services end client whose project is focused on remediating APP cases, untangling workflows and driving change across operational processes.
Team deliverables
1. Understand the scenarios and process for each bucket of cases based onplexity
2. Document lower-level processes for each bucket
3. Investigation and analysis at scheme level of failings with route cause analysis and corrective action confirmed.
4. Gain knowledge and capability to work through the backlog
5. Consider tooling requirements and opportunities for automation/AI.
6. Consider the cross-over with the financial recs backlog
7. Enable wider BAU capability and existing staff to be upskilled in subprocesses to breakdown APP cases into consumable chunks to support recovery and stabilisation
Your responsibilities
8. APP analysis (focus on supporting case remediation), capture challenges and build a decision tree
9. Operationallyplete remediation action or package up and hand off to the BAU operational team.
10. Leverage AI to document process and procedures, simulate process and support target operating model
What you'll need to succeed
11. Demonstrable business analysis experience, preferably in financial services/pensions
12. Process mapping and Life & Pensions project expertise
13. Experience in backlog reduction and remediation workstreams
14. Reconciliation tooling expertise
15. Experience within Kanban methodology
