Mobile Care Assistant
We are looking for passionate Mobile Care Assistants to join our growing support team. To be considered you must hold a valid full UK driving licence and have access to a car.
Location
Across Skipton & Surrounding Areas.
Hourly Rate
£14.50 per hour, plus up to £1.30 extra for evening and weekend hours. A £300 bonus is awarded upon successful completion of probation.
Hours
Part‑time, rota basis including mornings, evenings and alternate weekends between 7 am and 10 pm.
About the Role
This dual role combines personal care and domestic services. You will work closely with the Field Care Supervisor, House Managers and Care Performance Manager to deliver bespoke care and lifestyle services, including personal care, household tasks, companionship and wellbeing activities. You will also maintain communal areas within our developments.
Key Responsibilities
* Support homeowners with personal care, daily activities, personal hygiene and medication assistance.
* Provide domestic support: cleaning, shopping, and general household tasks.
* Maintain communal areas to a high standard, ensuring a clean, tidy environment.
* Assist with social activities, transport arrangements and appointment attendance to enhance wellbeing.
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in a care environment or Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification preferred but not essential; full training will be provided.
* Strong interpersonal skills, empathy and effective time‑management.
* Valid full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between developments.
* Flexibility to work rotas including early mornings, late evenings and alternate weekends.
