Sell new and used Light Commercial Vehicles in line with company targets, standards, and processes Manage customer leads from initial enquiry through to sale and vehicle delivery Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners Provide expert advice on vehicles, pricing, specifications, finance, and insurance products Assess used vehicles and conduct part-exchange appraisals Maintain accurate customer records and manage all sales administration in line with legal and franchise requirements Liaise with marketing and aftersales teams to ensure an excellent end-to-end customer experience Review customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone who combines experience, drive, and strong industry networks to help grow our multi-franchise van sales operation, who can demonstrate: Proven success in automotive sales (Van) - supporting the development of new business Strong negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills. Understanding of finance and insurance within vehicle sales. A proactive, customer-first mindset with the drive to exceed targets.
