Salary: £34,398 – £52,490 (dependent on experience)

The Role at a Glance
As a Business Teacher, you will deliver engaging and relevant lessons that bring business concepts to life through real-world application, ensuring students are confident, capable, and exam-ready.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver high-quality Business Studies lessons at GCSE and A-Level.
* Support students with exam preparation, coursework, and independent research projects.
* Develop students’ analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills through practical learning.
* Monitor and assess student progress, providing clear and constructive feedback.
* Work collaboratively with the Business department to enhance curriculum planning and delivery.
* Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment.

Who We’re Looking For
* QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
* Experience teaching Business at GCSE and A-Level.
* A well-organised, student-centred approach to teaching.
* Strong classroom management and communication skills.
