We're looking for a temporary Admin Assistant to support our busy Marketing team.
Hybrid: 4 days WFH, 1 day onsite (Tuesday) - own laptop required
37.5 hrs a week, flexible
Key responsibilities:
* Produce reports and support marketing presentations
* Manage the team helpdesk and coordinate tasks
* Assist with newsletters and content creation
* Upload assets to internal systems
* Process invoices, expenses, and purchase orders
* Support meetings (agendas, minutes, scheduling)
* Maintain databases, documents, and digital files
* Provide general administrative support to the team
About you:
* Previous admin/support experience (2+ years preferred)
* Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)
* Highly organised, able to multitask and meet deadlines
* Experience with invoicing/POs
Details:
* Salary: £13 per hour
* Monday-Friday (flexible hours considered)
* Hybrid: 4 days WFH, 1 day onsite (Tuesday)
* Start: Early April | Duration: Until mid/end May
