About the Role: We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our Global Marketing team for a Maternity Leave Substitution. You will support the Senior Brand Manager in the strategic development of innovative projects for the Tablets category. You will have the opportunity to work in a highly dynamic and international environment, focusing on a broad set of activities and innovative projects.
Main Responsibilities
* Actively contribute to the development of the full marketing mix for current projects, collaborating with key functions (Laboratories, Packaging Development, Controlling, Operations, Finance) for project industrialization. Monitor the process to ensure goals are achieved within the scheduled timing.
* Collaborate with Areas/Business Units (Marketing, Trade and Sales) for in-market launch and maintenance.
* Create briefs for Design/Communication agencies, participate in evaluating works to select winning ones, and ensure completion of activities. Coordinate external suppliers (mockups, artworks, shooting, etc.) and create new templates and artworks.
* Conduct global marketplace analysis for competition monitoring, identify input and new trends.
* Manage budget and documentation processes. Supervise timely creation of ingredients list and nutritional information; support product quality and sustainability matters.
Who we are looking for
* Master's Degree in Marketing / Business Management or equivalent, with experience in operational or strategic Marketing.
* Dynamic, flexible, proactive approach and ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations within strict deadlines and in a multicultural environment.
* Strong relational attitude, team working skills, project management, and good organizational skills.
* Fluent in English.
