This is a hugely rewarding job, with staff getting the chance to support the class teacher in the day to day learning and also helping to make a huge difference in young people’s lives. You will provide support and guidance to the students with their variety of needs, helping with emotional and pastoral support.
This is a role that benefits from full time hours, however flexibility can be provided with part time hours also an option. You also have the opportunity for the role to become permanent.
Working with students with Special Educational Needs is an extremely rewarding environment to work in, however getting to know the needs of the students can be challenging, therefore this role benefits from consistency and continuity.

We work with schools based in Cambridge which are all easily accessible by car and have good transport links. They are a truly special environments, with a highly supportive staff team and fantastic students.

Salary
£415 to £465 per week
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
