For our digital & media division, we are looking for a talented and experienced Senior SEO Executive to join our growing team of experts at our London office.

The Senior SEO Executive will be responsible for fostering strong client relationships, supporting the development and execution of their SEO strategy, as well as assisting the Head of SEO on occasion with pitch meetings, and team-wide projects.
What you'll do:
* Develop excellent relationships with clients by understanding their businesses, challenges, and spotting future opportunities.
* Support planning and implementation of innovative SEO campaigns aligned with KPIs and contractual requirements.
* Produce detailed technical and editorial SEO audits.
* Conduct SEO-focused analysis on industry trends, competitors, keywords, and search patterns to inform strategies.
* Match business requirements with data to propose optimal SEO solutions.
* Optimize texts, tags, and metadata to improve rankings and match user queries.
* Monitor site health and resolve technical issues.
* Assist outreach efforts, backlink analysis, and develop strategies for high-quality link building.
* Implement local SEO strategies, manage GMB accounts, analyze performance, and create content.
* Introduce innovations by adopting new methodologies, tools, and best practices.
* Support and participate in client meetings, QBRs, and reviews.
* Collaborate with media, social media, and web development teams to integrate SEO with overall marketing strategies.
What you'll need:
* At least 3 years of proven SEO experience, including:
* Technical SEO management for e-commerce and/or multi-country websites.
* Proficiency with search tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
* Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
* Knowledge of local SEO strategies.
* Skills in content development and link building strategies.
* Ability to report SEO performance using data visualization tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Tableau).
* Client management experience.
* Understanding of ranking factors, search engine algorithms, and current trends.
* A passion for digital marketing, innovative solutions, and data analysis.
* Strong presentation skills for engaging clients and teams.
* Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Positive attitude, self-confidence, and openness to challenges.
* Basic web programming knowledge (HTML, CSS) is a plus.
* Multilingual abilities, especially in European languages, are highly advantageous.
