Are you a Senior Associate or In-house Counsel with experience in Technology, IP, Software & Data Licensing?
SSQ is partnering with a listed software and data analytics business that is paving the way in its field.
The role:
* Negotiate a variety of complex technology, IP, licensing, SaaS and data agreements to provide services, including product licenses, managed services agreements, and redistribution arrangements.
* Contribute to and advance special projects, including developing templates, policies and procedures to make internal processes more efficient or to license new business opportunities.
Background:
* 10+ years working within technology, software or data
* Experience working with sales and marketing teams
