Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, Shenley, Up to £17 per hour
Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a friendly and supportive team in Shenley, delivering high-quality childcare and education in a nurturing early years setting, utilising long-term experience in childcare and education to support the learning and wellbeing of children through engaging, play-based activities and effective early years teaching methods. As a qualified early years professional, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in children’s lives, supporting their development and growth through a range of childcare and educational approaches, including the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and other relevant childcare policies and procedures.

Required Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner with previous nursery experience, possessing a deep understanding of childcare and education principles, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality childcare and education, and be able to work within a supportive team to maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment, utilising effective communication and interpersonal skills to support the needs of children, parents, and colleagues.
