Motorcycle Sales Controller
Salary: £40,000
Hours: 41 hours per week (5 days across Monday to Saturday)

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Motorcycle Sales Controller to join a high-performing, premium motorcycle dealership.
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a motivated, organised, and customer-focused individual to support the Sales Manager and wider sales team in delivering strong operational performance and an exceptional customer experience.
This role would suit someone with at least one year’s experience within the automotive or motorcycle industry (sales or service), a full UK motorcycle licence, and a proactive, tech-savvy approach.
The Role
As Motorcycle Sales Controller, you will play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the motorcycle sales operation. You will support stock control, vehicle marketing, sales administration, and customer enquiries, ensuring high presentation standards and process accuracy throughout.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage motorcycle stock profiles and stock levels, ensuring vehicles are accurately presented in the showroom and online
* Coordinate vehicle specifications, photography, and video content to maintain high presentation standards
* Support promotional campaigns across new and used motorcycles
* Provide operational and administrative support to the Sales Manager and sales team
* Assist with sales documentation, compliance, and process accuracy
* Ensure customer enquiries are handled professionally and in line with company standards
* Support preparation of customer offers including pricing, part-exchange valuations, and finance quotations
* Work closely with Sales Administration and Aftersales departments to ensure smooth customer journeys
Your Background & Skillset
* Minimum 1 year’s experience within the automotive or motorcycle industry (sales or service)
* Full UK Motorcycle Licence (essential)
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
* Strong attention to detail and excellent administrative skills
* Confident using IT systems and quick to learn new processes
* Professional, customer-focused mindset
