Court of Protection Paralegal
Location: Reading (Hybrid)
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 (DOE)
An excellent opportunity for a Paralegal to join a supportive and growing Court of Protection team. You will assist fee earners with a varied caseload while providing a high-quality service to clients, including vulnerable individuals.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting fee earners with case management and administration
* Assisting with financial tasks, including payments and budgeting
* Preparing legal documents, forms, and basic correspondence
* Liaising with clients and third parties
* Maintaining accurate records and case files
About You
* Previous Paralegal or relevant experience
* Experience supporting vulnerable individuals (essential)
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to manage workloads independently and as part of a team
* Good IT skills and attention to detail
