Year 2 Special Needs Teaching Assistant (Autism) – Location: Harrow – Start date: October 2025 – Salary: £90-£105 weekly – Job type: Full time, Long term – Monday - Friday (no weekends)
Responsibilities
* Work with a child with ADHD in Year 2 who may display challenging behaviour in a mainstream school setting.
* Support the class teacher with planned lessons and ensure a safe, inclusive learning environment.
* Implement strategies to support SEN needs and behaviour management under guidance from SENCO and specialists.

* Experience working with students that have special needs, personal experience, or have graduated from a relevant degree (Psychology, Health and Social Care, Speech and Language).
* Patient and understanding with good initiative and drive to help.
* Ability to focus on the job at hand.
* Right to work in the UK.
