This involves: Acting as Contract Administrator ensuring contracts are delivered in line with specific terms and conditions. Working with our Clerk of Works to ensure all works are delivered to high quality standards. Developing specifications and tender documents to procure contracts. Managing allocated budgets to ensure contract values are not exceeded.
