As Head of Financial Accounts within NICE, you will be a qualified accountant (CCAB or CIMA), having overall responsibility for managing and developing NICE's financial accounting function, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll.
You will be an expert in all matters relating to accounting standards and key financial controls. You will lead the production of the Annual Accounts, including being the key point of contact for external audit. You will create and lead on systems and processes to ensure the Statement of Financial Position including all control accounts are correctly maintained and reported.

The Head of Financial Accounts will be responsible for the financial accounting function, including managing a team of 6 people and being the contract manager for our accounting payroll shared services provider. Key duties of the role include:
The Finance team sits within the Finance, Corporate and Commercial directorate. You will be joining a team of 17 people who perform a range of financial accounting, payroll and financial management services for an organisation with approximately £90m budget and 800 employees.
