Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 (Dependent on experience)
On-Target Earnings: Up to an additional £10,000 per year for achieving sales targets
Are you a driven and commercially focused Sales Professional with experience in building lasting business relationships? Are you looking to take ownership of a key territory and help shape the future of a high-performing sales network?
We're looking for a Sales Professional to join our dynamic team, supporting our growth and retention strategy across the Cambridge and Peterborough region. You'll work closely with a portfolio of network partners and retailers, helping them grow their business while delivering on our strategic objectives.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Drive sales growth and retention by managing a network of partners and retailers.
* Build strong relationships, implement joint business plans, and regularly review performance using tools like Game Plans.
* Use data and technology to drive efficiency and identify opportunities – including our new CRM and data-led sales campaigns.
* Monitor KPIs and deliver targets across key metrics like availability, revenue, margin, and service levels.
* Negotiate agreements and manage partner transitions, ensuring network stability and growth.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven sales and negotiation skills in both B2B and B2C settings
* Strong experience in developing and implementing strategic business plans
* Confident managing change and working with stakeholders at all levels
* Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated, organised, and confident using digital tools and systems
* Comfortable working independently from home with regular travel across the region
