The Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a key role in managing commercial activities and leading a small team. You’ll report to the Commercial Manager and take ownership of contract administration, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

What You’ll Do
* Lead and mentor junior commercial staff
* Manage subcontractors and oversee project commercial activities
* Deliver and report on internal and external commercial targets
* Engage and collaborate with project stakeholders, including client commercial teams

What We’re Looking For
* Supervisory or management experience within a project commercial team
* Strong knowledge of subcontract management
* Degree in a related subject or equivalent experience
* Chartered membership (RICS or CIOB) is an advantage
* Excellent understanding of commercial aspects of civil and infrastructure projects
* Experience with Contract Management Systems (, CEMAR)
* Ability to obtain UK Nuclear industry clearance (we’ll support you through this process)
