Role: Assistant Head Teacher

Salary: £150 - £280 per day (Paid to scale)

As the successful Assistant Head Teacher, your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the Headteacher and SLT in the strategic and operational leadership of the school
* Leading on a whole-school responsibility area such as Teaching & Learning, Behaviour, or Curriculum
* Contributing to school improvement planning and quality assurance processes
* Line-managing a team of staff and mentoring middle leaders
* Promoting a positive and inclusive school environment that reflects the school's values
* Developing strong partnerships with parents, carers, and external agencies
To be considered for this Assistant Head Teacher role, you should:
* Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with substantial leadership experience
* Have a proven track record of raising standards and improving outcomes
* Be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
