The successful candidate will undergo various training programmes and work in departments across our business to gain a deep understanding of the Company and the industry in which we operate. Upon completion of the training the successful candidate will be placed into a role suited to their skills and strengths with the potential to develop through the ranks and maximise career progression.
Your initial focus will be to support our QA Manager and assist in various upcoming projects and audits. You will also be allocated a dedicated mentor to support you on your journey with us.
Primary Objectives
* Integrate and assist the department you are deployed in
* Carry out day to day duties as directed by your line Manager
* Gain an understanding of both internal and external customer needs and requirements
* To attend all internal and external training
* Seek improvements in the business from work experience gained
* Complete any required written assignments and campaigns
* Complete/undertake all modules of required Training
* Comply with the Company's policies and procedures
* Be Reliable, punctual and flexible
* To uphold the image of the Company, by conducting and presenting themselves in a professional and responsible manner at all times
Qualifications/Experience
* Strong communication skills and telephone manner
* Good planning and organisation skills
* Strong computer skills, with a particular emphasis on Excel, but including Word and Outlook Person Profile
* A well-motivated and hard-working individual with the drive and determination to succeed
* Must be enthusiastic, understand and demonstrate the importance of customer satisfaction to the highest standard, and thrive when working under pressure
* Must demonstrate integrity, honesty, dignity, professionalism, and respect in all dealings with customers and colleagues
* Can participate effectively in teamwork and use their own initiative when required and must be a team player
* Must be able to manage own time and willing to take on the responsibility
* Must be a flexible individual who enjoys the challenges of meeting deadlines with the willingness to go the extra mile when necessary
* Must be adept in the use of IT systems, particularly Excel and Word, Internet and email The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm with a competitive salary on offer, which will be dependent on experience.
