Protocol Education is seeking a Cover Supervisor to join one of our most highly-regarded partner schools. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be the backbone of the school’s daily operations, ensuring that learning continues seamlessly in the absence of classroom teachers.
Your Responsibilities
1. Lead the Classroom: Deliver pre-set lesson plans across various subjects to students aged 11–16.
2. Manage Behavior: Maintain a positive and focused learning environment using the school’s established behavior policies.
3. Support Students: Answer questions and provide guidance to keep students on track with their work.
4. Adaptability: Move between departments and year groups with ease, bringing energy to every lesson.

Requirements
9. Experience working with young people (coaching, tutoring, or classroom experience is a plus!).
10. A degree (preferred) or a strong academic background.
11. Excellent communication skills and a "can-do" attitude.
12. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
