This Senior Compliance Manager Role Will See You
* Providing strategic Compliance oversight and expert guidance to the Board
* Leading Regulatory relationships and managing key stakeholder communications
* Conducting thorough risk assessments and agreeing mitigation strategies
* Maintaining robust Governance frameworks
* Delivering comprehensive Compliance and risk reporting to the MD and Board
* Overseeing Regulatory audits and due diligence processes
The Ideal Match For The Senior Compliance Manager Role
* Proven Compliance experience within a Regulated Financial Institution
* Strong track record in governance, risk management, and regulatory reporting
* Experience in Board-level interactions and Committee Management
* Expert knowledge of FCA regulations and risk management frameworks
* Commercial mindset with ability to balance risk and business objectives
* Professional Compliance qualification (ICA or equivalent)
* Independent thinker with strategic decision-making capabilities
