We’re recruiting a Deputy Hospitality Manager to support the delivery of exceptional corporate hospitality services!
This role will support the effective management and supervision of the hospitality department, ensuring services are delivered to agreed standards while maintaining strong client relationships and financial control.
What you’ll be doing:
* Organising and supervising the hospitality department in line with company, client, and statutory standards
* Overseeing the service of food and beverages to agreed specifications
* Supporting the efficient and effective day‑to‑day management of the operation
* Communicating regularly with the client, including attending daily morning calls and business reviews
* Managing stock, labour, and assets to ensure resources are used efficiently
* Monitoring budgets to ensure costs are controlled and targets are achieved
What you’ll need to succeed:
* Experience in a hospitality management or supervisory role, ideally within corporate or contract catering
* Strong financial awareness with experience managing and working to budgets
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* A professional, client‑focused approach with the ability to lead and motivate a team
