We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client in the ST3 area for a reliable and experienced Forklift Truck Driver to join a busy and growing operation on the night shift. This role is ideal for someone who values consistency, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Safely operate a forklift truck to load, unload, and move stock within the warehouse
* Complete daily forklift safety and maintenance checks
* Accurately organise and store stock to maintain efficient warehouse operations
* Assist with general warehouse duties such as packing and dispatch when required
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
* Follow all company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations
What We’re Looking For
* Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (external licence desirable but not essential)
* Previous forklift experience in a warehouse or industrial setting
* Strong awareness of health & safety practices
* Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
* Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
* Flexible to work overtime or weekends when required
Pay & Hours
* £13.79 per hour
* Night shift: 6:00pm – 6:00am
* Shift pattern: 4 days on 4 days off on a rota
