3rd Line WAN Network Support & Project Engineer (SC CLEARED)We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated 3rd Line WAN Network Support & Project Engineer to join our team. Day-to-day of the role:
* Configure Juniper SRX & MX series routers to meet tight project deadlines.
* Support Business-as-Usual (BAU) operations to enable the delivery of secure network services globally.
* Handle a mix of project/implementation work and general technical network support escalations.
* Work collaboratively with the network design community, sharing knowledge and upskilling within the 3rd line team.
* Act as a technical lead and point of escalation for network-related faults.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* In-depth knowledge of configuring and tuning Juniper SRX platforms.
* Extensive experience with Junos and various SRX and MX platforms, including comprehensive CLI exposure.
* Profound understanding of routing and switching.
* Expertise in configuring and tuning BGP, including policy-based routing, manipulation of attributes, and load-balancing techniques.
* Familiarity with troubleshooting IPSEC VPNs and MPLS.
* Knowledge of PKI infrastructure elements and certificate-based VPN authentication.
