We put people at the heart of everything we do and are looking to recruit a dynamic, confident, and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Associate for our fabulous Moxy & Residence Inn Slough.
We are the first dual-branded property in Slough – two hotels operating in one building! Residence Inn by Marriott is an extended stay brand where guests stay for longer periods of time, and it is up to us to make them feel at home. All rooms are spacious suites with fully equipped kitchens, giving guests the comfort and flexibility they need during their stay.
#ATTHEMOXY we created a free-spirited place where guests can relax, connect, and enjoy themselves in a vibrant and social atmosphere. The Wi-Fi is speedy, the beds are comfy, and most importantly, the bar is always open and “the crew” is always on duty to serve. YOUR CORE PURPOSE WILL BE:
* Deliver friendly and efficient food & beverage service to guests in line with brand standards.
* Prepare service areas, ensuring outlets are clean, stocked, and ready for operation.
* Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
* Support the team with bar service, breakfast service, and restaurant operations as required.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across all food & beverage areas.
* Handle guest requests and resolve any concerns in a positive and professional manner.
* Follow all health & safety and food hygiene procedures.
* Work collaboratively with all hotel departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.
* Support upselling initiatives and promote hotel food & beverage offerings.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:
* Previous experience in hospitality, food & beverage, bar, or restaurant service preferred.
* Positive attitude and passion for delivering excellent guest service.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
* Flexible approach to shifts, including evenings and weekends.
* Fluency in English.
