What Will Your Day Look Like?
Build and configure end-user equipment, perform hardware refreshes, and handle ad hoc requests. Collaborate with the Software Deployment Engineer to provide mutual support. Diagnose issues escalated by the service desk, business systems, or infrastructure teams, supporting colleagues and customers across various support channels.
What You'll Need To Succeed
* Excellent attention to detail
* Full Driving Licence
* Ability to build positive relationships with team members and end users
* Understanding of Windows OS and Server OS
* Familiarity with Microsoft Intune
* Knowledge of hardware performance and troubleshooting
