The Role
As a Nested Area Partner, you’ll manage your local strategy, marketing, and hours — directly influencing your earnings. This role allows you to grow your estate agency business in your area, from prospecting to negotiations.
Nested supports your local marketing efforts with professional guidance, whether through door knocking, direct mail, flyers, or local ads. You’ll manage client relationships from start to finish, supported by our app and in-house team.
Our commission structure starts at 75% and can increase to 100%, rewarding your effort and skill. This role offers a comprehensive estate agency experience, supported by the Nested brand and services.
Requirements
* 5-10 years of top-tier estate agency experience in residential valuation, business development, sales, and customer service.
* Strong strategic skills, including managing marketing budgets and lead generation.
* Entrepreneurial spirit, high work ethic, and proactive attitude; self-employment involves risk and reward.
* Deep knowledge of Wilmslow and its amenities, schools, and hotspots.
* Alignment with Nested’s values and a customer-centric approach.
* Social media skills are a bonus; enthusiasm for personal branding is expected.
