Experience of working in an office (Deliver results - ‘How we work matters’ Framework) Experience of using IT applications, showing ability to use packages effectively. Effective oral and digital communication in dealing with members of the public and colleagues. Able to deliver effectively across several daily, weekly, monthly scheduled routine tasks Desirable previous experience of working in a community setting, learning environment or public facing service Before confirming your appointment, you will be required to obtain Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland and become a member of the relevant PVG scheme.
