Looking for your next step in HVAC? This role is perfect for a junior to mid-level A/C Engineer who wants to develop beyond routine maintenance and into more complex, critical systems — with full support and training to get there.
You'll join a well-respected, technically elite team servicing commercial HVAC systems across London and the Home Counties. It's a hands-on role with progression built in — from working on splits and VRVs to tackling fan coils, ventilation, and refrigeration units. Over time, you'll be supported into more technical fault-finding and exposure to hybrid VRF, chilled water, and more advanced plant.
What You'll Be Doing Servicing and fault-finding across VRV/VRF, splits, fan coils, ventilation, and refrigeration
Covering commercial sites across Greater London and the Home Counties
Participating in a 1-in-6/7 call-out rota (with £125 standby pay)
Working 45 hours/week (including 5 hours of paid travel)
Maintaining accurate records and building great client relationships
What You'll Need F-Gas certification (mandatory)
NVQ or C&G Level 2 in Refrigeration & Air Con (Level 3 preferred)
Strong repair and fault-finding skills across a range of HVAC systems
Solid work ethic and a professional, self-sufficient approach
What's on Offer £35,000–£44,000 base (depending on experience)
Door-to-door pay including travel time
