Your new company Your new company is a long‑established, well‑respected regional practice with a strong private client presence across Lancashire. The department continues to grow, and the firm is now looking to appoint a Private Client Solicitor to support its expanding workload. Your new role In your new role, you'll manage a varied and steady caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, estate administration, LPAs and tax‑related work. You'll work with a broad mix of clients, providing clear, empathetic advice and ensuring matters progress efficiently. You'll also contribute to the continued development of the department, with experience in self-correcting work and business development viewed as a strong advantage. What you'll need to succeed You'll ideally bring 3-5 years' PQE in private client work, though the firm is open to considering other levels where candidates can demonstrate substantial prior experience - including strong backgrounds at paralegal or trainee level. You'll be confident managing your own files, comfortable engaging with clients, and able to work proactively within a supportive but busy team. What you'll get in return You'll become part of a well‑regarded private client team where you can continue to develop your expertise and handle a varied, engaging caseload. The firm offers a supportive working culture, opportunities for professional growth and the chance to build strong, long‑term client relationships.
