This post is based in a 16 bedded ward providing care for a wide range of conditions including day cases. The ethos of the ward is to promote self care, independence and timely discharge along with delivery of palliative and end of life Care. The ward has community access beds to promote rapid assessment and discharge. The ward works closely with the wider Primary health and Social Care Team The successful RN (Adult) will be required to work a rotation of day shift/night shift and weekends. This reduction will also be applied pro rata for part time staff. This advert and any subsequent offer/contract of employment therefore reflects the new working hours.
