Job Description:
1. Availability Window: Days and times when shifts are scheduled, including specific days and hours, with flexibility encouraged.
2. Pay Rate: Starting from £12.02/hour, increasing to £13.15 inside the M25, with additional night premiums for hours between midnight and 6am.
3. Hours Guarantee: Minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12).
4. Role Responsibilities:
o Provide excellent customer service with passion and pride.
o Be knowledgeable about store products and services.
o Assist across various store areas including service, picking, and replenishment.
o Follow training to work safely and effectively.
o Make customer-focused decisions and participate in store events.
o Understand store performance and contribute to sales, waste reduction, and profit.
o Handle products carefully to maintain quality.
o Represent Tesco values and policies, and accept deliveries as needed.
5. Candidate Requirements:
o Passion for delivering great service and building rapport with customers.
o Ability to make decisions in the best interest of customers.
o Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively.
