Delivery Manager – Transformation & Technology (Agile/Scrum Focus) Contract : 12 month FTC Location : London Salary : £80,000-£90,000 benefits Hybrid: 2-3 days onsite About the Role We are working with an established and prestige financial services client seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with a strong Agile and Scrum background to drive and deliver complex change initiatives. You will be part of a dynamic transformation team, leading the successful delivery of high-impact projects across various business and IT workstreams. In this role, you will be responsible for managing both business and technical change, working within a regulated environment and ensuring adherence to governance and project life-cycle standards. The role requires a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, alongside the ability to influence senior stakeholders and facilitate effective decision-making. You must also have experience delivery end to end projects across Microsoft 365 / Dynamics. Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver complex projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and to budget. Act as Scrum Master for Agile teams, facilitating ceremonies and removing any blockers. Manage and track delivery roadmaps, ensuring that milestones are met and communicated to stakeholders. Support the adoption of change and drive improvements across systems, people, and processes. Deliver business and technical readiness activities while managing risks, actions, and issues. Ensure that project documentation (e.g., RAID logs, roadmaps, working group updates) is completed to a high standard. Maintain project financials, including budget tracking and forecasting. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that align with strategic goals. What You’ll Bring Proven experience in delivering both business and IT change within a regulated environment. Strong background as a Scrum Master, with experience running Agile teams. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. A solid understanding of project governance and change management principles. A change management qualification (e.g., APM, PRINCE2) is desirable.
