At Daylesford Organic we are looking for a passionate Retail Team member to join our fantastic back of houseteam
SALARY: £12.38 per hour + Tronc
HOURS: 32Hours - Full time and weekends included
Early Shift starts 6.30am / Late Shift till 20.30pm
Weekly pay planned from October 2025
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Receive and unpack stock accurately, ensuring items are placed in the correct warehouse locations
* Rotate stock regularly to maintain compliance with food safety protocols
* Merchandise products in the farm shop according to visual standards, ensuring displays are tidy and appealing
* Keep the shop clean, organized, and presentable at all times
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment throughout the warehouse and shop
* Energetic, hardworking individual with a strong willingness to learn and grow within the role
* Bring our purpose to life by driving meaningful social and environmental improvements, contributing to our journey as a B Corp, and aligning with our sustainability vision.

SKILLS YOU WILL BRING
* Attention to Detail – Ensuring accurate stock handling, placement, and rotation in line with safety protocols
