Job Description: We are working closely with our manufacturing client based in Bilborough, Nottingham; searching for an experienced Maintenance Engineer. If successful, you will be responsible for carrying out planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance across a range of mechanical and electrical equipment in the manufacturing facility. Working hours: Flexible working hours. 40 hours a week. Morning starts - 6am-8am. Overtime available. Responsibilities: Perform routine and reactive maintenance on machinery and plant equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic faults. Work on a variety of manufacturing equipment, including plant machinery Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to optimise production efficiency. Support installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment. Ensure all work complies with H&S and company standards. Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation. Requirements: Time-served/apprenticeship-trained Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical, Electrical, or Multi-Skilled). Previous experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting is essential. Strong fault-finding skills with a hands-on approach. Good understanding of health & safety practices. Flexible, reliable, and able to work independently or within a team.
