Assessment and Recovery Officer needed in Wolverhampton Ref CWC 7067 £22.14
These staff will need to be experienced in a Revenues and Benefits assessment and billing and have worked using the Northgate / NEC Revenues and Benefits computer system.
Ideally, an August start would be good.
This role involves working on a ringfenced backlog in one of the following areas:
1. Revenues (Council Tax Billing and Collection)
2. Benefits (Housing Benefit and/or Council Tax Support or Discretionary Housing Payments)
We can offer full-time homeworking after a short period of induction/training on procedures and quality assurance.
This is a full-time role on a temporary basis.
