This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are dedicated, patient, and enthusiastic about working with children in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. Whether you have classroom experience or are looking to start your career in education, we would love to hear from you.
About the Role:
Full-time positions available in local primary schools
Supporting pupils in class and 1:1, including those with additional learning needs
Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons
Supporting the development of social, emotional, and academic skills
Encouraging positive behaviour and classroom engagement
Working closely with teaching staff, SENCOs and parents/carers
Requirements:
A genuine passion for working with children and helping them succeed
Patience, resilience and a nurturing approach
Ability to adapt and work well as part of a team
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
Registration with the EWC (Education Workforce Council) – we can assist you with this
Two references covering the last 24 months
Reliable transport or good access to public transport
