The Role
You’ll support the Site Manager in the day-to-day running of the development, helping to ensure homes are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting site operations from groundworks through to handover
* Managing subcontractors and ensuring quality standards are met
* Driving health & safety on site
* Assisting with programme and delivery targets
* Conducting inspections and snagging
* Maintaining strong relationships with the wider team and customers
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in a similar role within new build housing
* Strong understanding of NHBC standards
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid desirable
* A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and progress
