Maintenance Administrator (6 month FTC)

Are you looking for a short-term, fixed term contract for 6 months which may go permanent upon completion? Are you looking to work for a great company, where you can use your skills in a great working environment with Monday to Friday hours?
On offer is the opportunity to work for a large European business, who have been established for almost two centuries, they have a 30 million pound annual turnover and routes for their employees to progress into senior management. This German based company provide both physical and digital currency solutions across Europe.
In this varied role, you will be responsible for the initial telephone or email enquiry, logging issues and job details, plan engineers according to SLA's, dispatch parts and provide ongoing information to customers. This role is a 37.5 hour week with alternating weeks of 8AM-4PM and 9AM-5PM.
This role would suit a Maintenance Administrator with a background in scheduling or coordinating engineers, looking for an initial 6 month fixed term contract which may go permanent upon completion.
The Role:
* Telephone and Email Inbound enquiries, logging jobs
* Plan Engineers and Routes according to SLA's
* Support Engineers and Parts dispatch
* Monday to Friday (8-4PM, 9-5PM)
The Person:
* Maintenance Administrator or similar
* Background in scheduling or co-ordination
* Based in Milton Keynes
