Your Role
This is a senior leadership opportunity within the MSP, ideal for amercially minded and technically proficient professional. You’ll oversee strategic client relationships, drive operational excellence, and lead a high-performing team. The role requires a balance of strategic oversight and hands-on engagement with service delivery, ensuring the business continues to grow while maintaining its reputation for reliability and quality.
What You Need to Succeed
Proven experience in a senior role within an MSP or similar service-led environment.
Strongmercial acumen and a track record of managing client contracts and service delivery.
Deep technical expertise across:
Microsoft 365 – administration, migration, and support.
Microsoft Azure – infrastructure, security, and cloud services.
VMware – virtualisation, performance optimisation, and troubleshooting.
On-premises infrastructure – servers, networking, and storage.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a close-knit team.
A proactive mindset and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Excellentmunication and relationship-building abilities, both internally and externally.
